Our Midstream Services group was established in response to the increasing need for comprehensive solutions in the oil and gas industry. We specialize in process optimization by servicing, repairing, and replacing oil and gas processing equipment to ensure your systems function at peak efficiency.
Encore offers complete turnkey plant turnaround and shutdown capabilities, allowing for smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to your operations. Our ASME “R” Stamp certification enables us to perform field or shop vessel repairs, addressing issues such as nozzle cracks, wall pitting build-up, vessel rerates and adding connections to an existing vessel for application repurposing.
Our tower services include confined space trained technicians who can inspect, repair, or replace internals like mesh pads, vane packs, and bubble cap trays. We also provide processing optimization services for Amine, TEG Dehy, and Cryo plants, including molecur sieve and activated carbon bed change-outs, system refurbishment, cleanout, and complete system flush.
In addition to these services, we offer heat exchanger repair, tube lancing, cleaning, Kimray pump repair and swap program, and pressure relief valve services (testing, repair, and replacement).
