Position Summary
Encore is searching for a detail-oriented person with excellent follow-through skills who can maintain confidentiality and be highly effective in a team environment. Candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, administrative assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Essential Functions:
Perform miscellaneous administrative projects and office duties.
Assist team members in finding solutions to administrative needs
Provides administrative support to employees relating to computers, printers, software.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects.
Maintain electronic document filing systems and follow processes to effectively manage information
Support reconciling daily timesheets for employees. Communicating any missing timesheet attachments or discrepancies via telephone or email
Supporting various departments, i.e. Accounting, Supply Chain with transactional entries.
Coordinate and maintain office supplies for various office locations.
Assisting with IT related functions, such as setting up new equipment for employees.
Managing fleet, phones, & computer assignments and communicating with Office Manager and/or HR new assignments.
Competencies:
Expertise using productivity software tools in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people

Qualifications & Requirements:
Associates Degree or higher required.
Minimum 3 years in an Administrative support role.
Ability to commute / relocate:
Granbury, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
